“The cueing is simple, direct and super easy to follow. It was a sweaty, yet fun, 50 minutes of an intense full body reformer workout and I finished the session feeling invigorated and rejuvenated!”

“I started going in for private Pilates lessons to get in shape before my wedding in June and have been continuing afterwards. My body feels much more balanced, and I notice a huge difference in my body awareness.”
